Refund policy

Our business does not offer return and refund but we do have exchange policy in special cases like size mismatch or defective orders sent to a customer. Exchange is only possible within 6 days of receiving product. We need a proper video and image proof of the packet opening and the defect. Please note the product should be in original condition with all the tags intact for it to be eligible for exchange. We do proper quality check after receiving the product and then approve exchange.
